Teentrepreneur book was written by Erin Jordan and George Ellis. Teentrepreneur was created to
reach a need in the community to educate and empower youth to build upon their dreams of
business ownership. Educators must recognize 21st century students and how to deliver a curriculum that nourishes their learning environments. Through the creation of the Teentrepreneur workbook and website, the problem of lack of entrepreneurship and technology within educational institutions may be solved. The purpose of implementing entrepreneurship and technology in educational institutions is to prepare 21st century high school and college-level students for future careers, business growth and societal development. The goal is to deliver a cohesive curriculum of lesson plans, in online, literature and journal form, which can be easily incorporated within educational institutions. When the need is recognized, a solution is delivered it will provide a clear pathway to education for the 21st century student.

In 1982, George Ellis was born in Fort Worth, Texas. Not too long after, George's parents moved him and his family to Minneapolis, MN the night of the famous Halloween Blizzard of 1991. George grew up in a Christian household, where he was the son of a Minister and Professional Gospel Singer.
Throughout his life, George was always told by his parents that he would become a strong leader and do something substantial to help his community. Both of his parents were influential in his life, as they both were very dynamic individuals and taught him some of the key lessons of life. He was also influenced by both of his Grandfathers. They were both very entrepreneurial, owning their own businesses, independent and hard-working. They understood that it was important to be owners in order to have the freedom that they were looking for.
As he was growing up, basic financial fundamentals and principles were taught in his school. He learned a lot of things that quite honestly did not prepare him for real life in the real world of money and finances. Throughout college, he was bombarded by credit cards and advertisements for products enticing him to live above his means. Just like many of us, George was caught in the trap, and made some financial mistakes. Thankfully, he was able to get connected with the right people and educated on how to turn his financial ship around for himself and the people who depend on him.
George is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas, Opus College of Business with a degree in Entrepreneurship. This is where he learned how to develop solid business models, and how to understand business from a holistic approach as a business owner, rather than concentrating on one particular area as an employee.
He continued his life leading in many area's, beginning with working with youth for a local non-profit to having a successful sales career for two of the largest tele-communications/media organizations in the world. His real-world experiences allowed him to see and understand life as a whole, identify some of the commonalities that many people deal with on a daily basis, and recognize the area that he was called to do his life's Work.
Today George is the Founder of Revelation Financial, LLC and Agency Manager with HBW Insurance & Financial Services, Inc. His life's Work includes developing relationships with his family and friends, developing himself in order to tap into 100% of his potential, and leading/guiding others who want to lead a healthy and successful life.
"God has told me that I am called to share what I know with others and to put the TRUTH back into business."
- George G. Ellis
